Use the Time Detail List report generator. This allows you to see usage details down to the hour or minute. Include User, Application, and Time as your levels and it will show you that for X User, he launched A,B,C Applications and the exact time those apps were launched to the time period you specify in your Start and End date. Include the Session Count and Duration fields to see how many times the application was launched during the hour and how many minutes the application was open.  You can also include fields like Average Duration and Max Duration.  If you don't want to see the duration results in minutes, you can click the widget button on the right side of the Field Selector box and that will open a dialog box that allows you to change time metrics to seconds, hours, and days.  Hope that helps.
