License Key not accepted
Modified By wmcctx on 6/3/2009 8:08:17 AM)

I am in the process of moving an Introspect installation to a different server since the upgrade from 4.0 to any newer version failed.  I basically ended up in starting a fresh install. If I attempt to register the new installation using the old 4.0 license key, Introspect returns the following error message:Your license key for "Introspect Usage Reports" is invalid.

Do I need a new license key for the 5.0.1 release?

Thank you
Matt

Re: License Key not accepted

Hi Matt

Yes, in this instance you will require new license keys for V5 - the only time that you don`t is when the upgrade route has been succesful.

The guys are pretty fast at getting licenses replaced, the important ting is that you let them know the company name as used when installing Introspect.

email support@xtsinc.com and they will sort this for you.

Adrian
