Uninstall issue 
If your uninstall of Introspect fails, you need to either run a Windows Installer Clean up utility or remove one registry key manually.
 
To complete the uninstall after receiving an error, do the following.

1.       Search for registry key “InstallShield_{21797BB7-655B-483B-A5D0-638AB60C03F1}”  and delete it.
