XTS Support will only support version 4.1 or greater, preferrably 5.0.1. It is worthwhile to upgrade for the new feature benefits and overall product improvements.
You will need to apply all these upgrades in order. Simply download and unzip each one locally to the machine that you want to upgrade on, and run UpgradeSetup.exe. If you haven't set up configuration reports yet, contact support@xtsinc.com to obtain your configuration license key.
